Extra long probe reads internal temperature within seconds Wide operating range -50 C to 125 C (can also display in Fahrenheit). Auto Shut off and uses one AAA battery included. Can be used in fridges and freezers and?ideal for really big meat joints.

An ideal optional extra if you are cooking for 40 or 50 people. You may just want to cook a few meat joints. With this addition you can cook "statically" in up to 5 trays. The Static Tray arms are stored out of the way on the back of the oven (under the hinge) when not in use. Also ideal for keeping items warm or cooking something else whilst you are cooking above
